I'm often asked what light sources that I use. I hate to give recommendations out of fear that someone is going to get ticked off. So this post is definitely not a recommendation for anything. I'll simply describe what I'm currently using. That's all. Nothing more. Drum roll.... I'm using the BluLite by phillips. Most of you are probably already aware of this particular light or already have it. It seems to work well for me. I primarily use this light to wake up. I have the timer turn on the light the same time every morning. The timer + blue wavelength is what I really really needed. There are other lights to be sure. A ten second search on google will bring up lots of guides like Best SAD Lights of 2017. I don't know how useful those guides are. Typically I just buy and try. You really don't know in advance how well a light is going to work before you try it. Don't over think things. Even the comments in the review section of amazon won't do you much good. Mostly they're just griping about infrequent defects that all products have. Stay strong. Comments are closed.
